We obtain your contact and other data (including CVs) through Škoda Auto's own recruitment and HR marketing activities and HR marketing agencies. The data are not tied to a specific selection procedure. Škoda Auto stores the data for the duration of the consent granted and during this time it addresses you with HR newsletters, information and offers. It also includes the processing of your personal data in the event of an unsuccessful interview, when we address you with HR newsletters, information and offers for the duration of the consent granted.

If you decide to participate in a competition that we organize as part of our HR activities, in particular through ŠKODA Career, we will use your personal data for your inclusion among the participants, the drawing of the HR competition, the evaluation of the results and the sending of the prize. We can carry out these activities ourselves or through third parties - agencies.

We need to carry out the processing in order to be able to conclude a contract with you or to perform a contract you have entered.
