Technical Development
From the first sketch to the final tests. That’s how we would summarize the work of technical development, which plays a crucial role in the creation of every new Škoda Auto model.
At the heart of the department are teams of passionate professionals dedicated to each phase of vehicle development. Whether it’s the initial brief, planning, design, concept development, or the final crash tests and various trials, we always use the most advanced methods and technologies.
Engineering
This department is responsible for ensuring the smooth production of every vehicle. It all starts with the logistics of materials, parts, and components and ends with their assembly. But that’s not all. We design and implement new technologies to bring vehicle electronics to life, transfer insights from extensive analyses into car assembly, or even into a new paint shop. We pride ourselves on using the best technologies and continuously create new positions that cover a wide range of opportunities across various fields.

What is the connection between football matches and the MyŠkoda app? First and foremost, it's Miroslav Vinter himself, who spent several years as a football referee. Today, he is the product owner of the MyŠkoda application, which contributes to a more pleasant connection between drivers and their cars. The smart software controls some of the car's functions and, most importantly, helps customers find the Škoda of their dreams.
