Join the Student Talent Program

The special Student Talent Program is designed for our top interns. Are you really invested in your future and want to excel in your profession? Find out more.

What is the Student Talent Program?

The program includes 36 interns selected from across the company. It's for those who are motivated and eager to go above and beyond during their internship. Through the program, interns can develop not only their expertise but also their organizational and communication skills. Program members have access to special training sessions and courses.

How does the program work?

Members regularly meet with managers and industry professionals. The STP features four project teams where interns gain experience in team leadership and contribute to the program’s overall development. Each member has a mentor, chosen from former trainees and STP participants who are now full-time employees.

How to apply?

The selection process takes place twice a year (February/August) and consists of two rounds. In the first round, interns submit their CV and a cover letter, and take an English language test. In the second round, they are invited to an in-person interview with recruiters and the program's management.

Program benefits

Participants meet with company leadership, attend special courses, and have a personal mentor. Additionally, the program offers career counseling and opportunities for career growth – so interns can become team leaders or eventually mentors themselves.

We’ll help you find contacts for life

Ahoj. Hello. Hola. 你好. You never know which greeting you’ll get from Pavlína. She is fluent in several languages, including Chinese. She also uses her language skills as a coordinator of Talent programs for people from all over the world. "I had to learn to be great at negotiations," she laughs. She has so much energy to spare – and throw. In her free time, she enjoys, among other things, athletics and hammer throwing. But we start the conversation with a slightly more subtle topic – a reference to Cinderella on her Instagram profile...
