Specialist in conceptual development of regional platforms

What is your role about?

• Be responsible for the technical definition and concept of the "Baukasten" MQB27(W) G platform for regions like Africa, Brazil, India, Russia, and others.
• Ensure the transfer of consolidated requirements from all platform users into technical target specifications.
• Coordinate and manage all technical activities within the MQB27(W)G platform up to the BD/PD milestone.
• Conduct activities for the development of technical concepts for the MQB27(W)G platform.
• Ensure the design, concept, and verification of technical and weight parameters within the conceptual development of the CMP21D platform and regional platform variants.
• Define and ensure technical parameters within the conceptual development of regional platforms—dimensional concepts, properties, and platform variants.
• Analyze and propose weight forecasts for platform components.
• Collaborate with specialized departments, record and evaluate changes in platform variants.
• In the conceptual phase, provide inputs for creating the vehicle's weight forecast and description of technical parameters.

What do you need to know and have?

• Completed secondary or university education in a technical field.
• Proficiency in English (level B2) or German (level A2) for daily communication with international colleagues and suppliers; some of our internal meetings are also in English/German.
• Professional experience: 1-2 years in the field.
